Our Essentials Package is £170 per person/per night and includes:

• Your accommodation and all meals

• 2.5 hours of treatments and sessions per day. Choose from a combination of sports massage, Breathwork and meditation

Should you wish to enjoy more sessions, organise nature walks or have specific interests or requirements, let us know and we will do our best to help you create the perfect retreat for you.

Nant Heddwch has 7 bedrooms and space for up to 18 people.
